I Rate this toaster oven 5 stars, not because it is the biggest, best toaster oven out there, but because of the price it is a great mid-size countertop oven, it is very attractive, it has a good basic functions with ease rings and toasts evenly and have a good sized interior. Amazon should make themselves and offer free shipping. I actually got mine from a department store a week at a cheaper price (loss leader probably).

That other post with a star was a bit bizarre, to get the wrong rack? Maybe he got a return or something, but these are well packed. Some features that I like about this is the wire shelf is reversible, no surprise there, but was a way, it has a cord lip, to the accompanying tray can slide on the attachment, which helps during baking to catch any overflow drops. So your roasting pan can sit on top of the rail. I would also pull out crumb tray front, easy to clean and put al. foil. The sides have small hooks that network can slide in and pull out the rack a bit when you open the oven makes it easy to grab your toast. The front handle is screwed in, all very safe. Cord is shorter than most, but I think this is a plus. Most people place the oven just a plug anyway, and too long a leash in their way. It is long enough to pull the stove out on the front of the counter Tho, if you are clean behind, etc.
